Effective at Midnight on 12/31/01, the following changes will be made in our shipping policy:

All orders for vinyl shutters and shutter hardware will have a
transaction charge of $5 per order.

Example:

Buy 1 pair vinyl shutters, total cost will be price of shutter + $5.
Order 10 pair vinyl shutters, total cost will be price of shutter x 10   + $5.

2)  All prices on this site include shipping by UPS within 48  States.

3)  If you order larger size shutters, we will quote you a price that includes all  standard
     shipping charges.  Items that are too big for UPS  will ship motor freight.  Motor
     freight companies may have additional charges for residential delivery, redelivery,
     and making delivery appointments.  We will not be responsible for any of these
     charges.

4)  When items are shipped Motor Freight, the items become the property of the 
     purchaser when the leave our dock.  Motor freight companies have strict policies    
     regarding damaged freight.  If you sign for a damaged package without noting
     the damage at the time of delivery, they will often not allow the claim.  Please make
     sure you inspect your boxes before accepting them.
