to the shop,
sorted and stored. |

are cut to length with chop saws and cut to width on the big table saw. |

| Rails
are run through a double blade tenon saw, and then the shoulder cuts are
made on this saw. |

double bands saws are used to trim the tenons, and the double table saw
cuts the light traps. |

| The
Louver-Groover cuts the slots for the louvers, and the Mortises are
drilled on this machine. |

| This
table saw is set up to rip louvers, which are then sanded (redwood only)
and the edge routed. |
 |
 |
| The
big shaper is used for raised panels, the small one is for cutting
sticking on stiles and rails. |
